(Also notice that words are spelled correctly, I use proper grammar and punctuation and I write in full sentences.)
Horoscope Reflection Example:
My birthday horoscope says I am intuitive, practical (sensible or realistic), hardworking, organized and creative. I think these do describe me because I am a dedicated person who always works hard. For example, I decided to take summer courses during university so that I could finish sooner. I try to be organized and I do like it when things are orderly, although my desk may not show this! I do think I am intuitive about people because I can usually figure out what is bothering someone and I can work really well with all kinds of different people. I also agree that I am creative, but not artistic because I can’t really draw or paint. I am creative in the way I approach problems and so I would say my creativity shows more in the way I think about things and how I can get good ideas and be inspired by even the smallest thing. My horoscope also says I can be stubborn and that is true, especially if I happen to be having a discussion that has to do with politics!!
There were a few things about my birthday horoscope that I disagreed with. For example, I don’t think I am sensitive. Actually, in the past I have even been accused of being insensitive, because I sometimes forget that my opinion isn’t the ONLY opinion (especially when politics are being discussed!). I am definitely not thrifty or economical either! I love to splurge and sometimes I don’t pay as much attention to money as I probably should. Another thing I disagreed with is that I “may be drawn to business” as a career because business has never really appealed to me at all. I’m also not very good with my hands, as the horoscope suggests. The last thing that I thought didn’t really describe me were some of the negative attributes under the Numerology heading. I don’t care about fame, I’m not a selfish or insecure person and I am definitely not prejudiced.
The thing that surprised me the most about my birthday horoscope was the statement “As a strong visionary, you have much to offer others with your foresight and sensitive depth of understanding.” I’d like to think that does describe me, but I had never thought of it that way before. I was also surprised by the fact that I would probably love travel and adventure because I have really only ever been on one trip. I’m going to have to do more travelling in the future!
